Zlatan Ibrahimovic Scores Winning Goal for Manu

Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s late header secured the first silverware of Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United reign, as the Red Devils beat Leicester City 2-1 to claim the Community Shield at Wembley.

The Swede beat Wes Morgan in the air as he connected with Antonio Valencia’s cross, to head back across goal and into the far corner of the net to secure victory for the Red Devils.

It looked as if the game was heading to extra-time, after Marouane Fellaini’s horribly under-hit back pass had allowed Jamie Vardy to level Jesse Lingard’s opener, before Ibrahimovic struck to claim the trophy for his side.

He also got Man of the match for his winning goal in this charity game, so it will be exciting to see how he does when the real games begin. Manchester United and Zlatan will play next in their first Premier League match of the season, on Sunday 14 August against Bournemouth.

Our money is on Zlatan.
