Considering the number of extraordinary and talented players participating in the World Cup this year, the odds are quite confusing. We’ve also seen many stars drop out as their countries could not qualify. So it remains to be seen, who will receive all of the prestige this year.

Next up, we have Christiano Ronaldo, who is considered the career rival of Lionel Messi. The Portuguese player is known as the highest goal scorer in the world with a total of 818 official goals.

Kylian Mbappe 

French footballer Kylian Mbappe has made headlines in his debut year due to his exceptional dribbling skills and speed. Currently playing for Paris Saint-Germain F.C. he is the holder of 7 league titles. He also won the Golden Boy award in 2017. With so many accolades, we think he has a good chance of getting the golden trophy next year.

Harry Kane 

English professional football player Harry Kane is considered the best striker in the world. He has gained popularity for his goal-scoring record and is quite the big deal now! However, he doesn’t hold any trophy record so far but looking at the bigger picture he definitely has some potential.

Karim Benzema 

Last but not the least, we have the most chanted name this year and that is Karim Benzema. The progress of this french footballer has been out of the ordinary and left everyone short for words. He got his first ever Ballon d’Or in 2022 for his extraordinary performance in the last year. If he keeps up this performance, next time he might become a two-time Ballon D’or winner.
